Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your purchased item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the original condition received and free of stains and/or damage.

 

Which items are returnable?

All Warmkiss products purchased from our website are refundable. 

 

Solution: We replace it!

If you receive your product from us and it has an issue, don't hesitate to contact the Customer Service Team via service@warmkisshome.com. With your cooperation and the proof you provide, we will investigate, offer solutions and ship out any replacements needed.

 

Notice: If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch with us at service@warmkisshome.com with your order number, followed by a brief description of the issue, and we will get back to you swiftly. "DO NOT send back products without authorization." We will resolve all problems on time.

And if your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or a refund.

Please send a notification along with the tracking number after you've shipped out the item that needs a refund or replacement. Once we receive the item you sent and check that item is in good condition, we will exchange it or refund you. The refund or the exchange product will be issued in 2 days. 

 

Shipping Damage Claims

We are proud of our products but can't control the shipment. In extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation. Therefore, you should check the received item is in good condition when receiving it. If an unfortunate event happens, please provide us with a photo or video and contact us at service@warmkisshome.com.

 

Notice: we will not accept Shipping damage claims later than 14 days.

If the customer is responsible for the returned product, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific cost would be based on the delivery company you choose.

And if due to our reasons, the goods received by the customers show that it is damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not liable to bear the shipping cost.
