Where do you ship?

We offer free shipping within the United States of America . For U.S. orders we ship out orders from various local warehouses across the US. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands require extra time for delivery.

How many days does the delivery take?

In most cases, our carrier partners deliver within 3-5 business days after your order is shipped. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands may require extra time for delivery.Please keep in mind shipping delays are sometimes unavoidable. Delivery during/after holidays or to areas experiencing severe weather conditions may require additional time. We recommend monitoring your shipping updates.

What is a 30-day hassle free return?

We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident you will love the feel of your new bedding. If you are unhappy with your order, we accept returns for items purchased on our site within 30 days of purchase (30-day countdown begins on the day you receive your product). We are committed to delivering only new and innovative products. Thus, we source only the highest quality raw materials from around the world. Our duvets and comforters meet and exceed all industry standards below and are animal cruelty-free, ethically & sustainably sourced.

Order Changes

Can I cancel my order?

At this time, we are not able to cancel your order once the order has been placed. If you no longer want the items you purchased, please feel free to initiate a return. Once your order starts shipping, you can start the return process! Refunds for returns can be issued to the original form of payment or as a store credit.

The shipping address on my order is incorrect! Can I change it?

At this time, we are not able to update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Once your order has been placed, we highly suggest making changes through the carrier!Please feel free to contact us at service@warmkisshome.com if you have any questions or if you're not able to make these changes through the carrier.

How do I modify the items in my order?

At this time, we are not able to make any changes to the items in your order once the order has been placed. If you would like to add, change, or upgrade the items in your order, the best course of action will be to place a new order and return any unwanted items from your original order!

I entered the wrong billing address at checkout! Can I change it?

Don’t worry! We send all billing info via email, so an incorrect billing address won't impact your order at all. As long as the payment goes through, you're all good.You should be able to go into your account and update your default billing address for your next order.

How do I make changes to my delivery through the shipping carrier?

FEDEX SHIPPINGIf your order is shipped through FedEx, you can create an account with FedEx Delivery Manager! Delivery Manager will give you the opportunity to control the following actions.

  • Redirect deliveries to nearby FedEx Offices, Walgreens, select Dollar Generals, and grocery store locations.
  • Give specific delivery instructions to your driver.
  • Hold deliveries and keep them safe for up to 14 days.
  • Add a signature requirement and e-sign for packages.
  • Schedule a specific delivery time.
  • Deliver package to another residential location.
  • Deliver package on another day.

Please note, some fees may be applied based on the service you request through FedEx.UPS SHIPPINGIf your order is shipped through UPS, you can create an account with UPS My Choice! UPS My Choice will give you the opportunity to control the following actions.

  • Reroute or reschedule package deliveries
  • Get estimated and confirmed delivery windows
  • Track and manage multiple packages at once
  • Receive real-time delivery alerts
  • Leave driver instructions
  • Plan deliveries around your schedule
  • Route packages to a UPS Access Point™ location for convenient pickup
